Reports & Statistics
offers several tools to its affiliates: some reports, account information, banners and links, and campaign management. The main menu gives you access to these options. In the My Details section, you can change your account information - address, payment method, etc. The Marketing Resources section allows you to set up new marketing campaigns that you may track separately and review performance of separately. For example, perhaps you'd like to test the performance of two different banners and see which one works better for you. Fortune Affiliates allows you to do this. And these campaigns work by brand, meaning that you can separately view your performance between 7 Sultans Poker, Royal Vegas Poker, and the many online casinos that
manages.
Main Menu
Of the reports offered, only one is really useful for me, and that's the Stats Report. This report gives you a snapshot of how all your brands are doing. Unfortunately, you are unable to view individual players and their contribution to the gross revenues.
Stats Report
The system and website is very slow. It's very painful for me to login into the site and check my stats. The system to find and retrieve banners is also excruciating difficult and slow. And the inventory of banners is lacking.
Reliability & Timeliness
Unfortunately, Fortune Affiliates makes it quite difficult for you to get paid. They have a $200 minimum before they pay out anything. And this business takes a while to develop, so don't plan on getting paid any time soon from Fortune Affiliates. They will keep track of your revenues, and carry it forward until you surpass the $200 minimum. But trying to audit that requires running several of their agonizingly slow reports...argh!
Customer & Technical Support
Support is ok. You do not have an individual account rep assigned to you, but they offer email address and an 800 number on the website. I've only dealt with customer service once, and they responded to my issue in a timely manner. The
website offers some self-service options, allowing you to change your account information.
Compensation
Unfortunately, Fortune does not offer a CPA program. The commission on rakes starts at 25%, which is about average. That commission increases to 30% once your surpass $5,000 in raked amounts. This is a pretty good deal, but I would prefer having a CPA optin with Fortune Affiliates, and would really prefer receiving payouts under $200.
